So I just got done with a 10 day trip to France for Vans Kill the Line contest (click here to watch the video footy) and a south of France trail trip with the compression bmx crew. It was an awesome time, here is a little run down.
I started out at the contest in a little town called Peynier about an hour from Montpelier. It was an awesome little town with a cool set of trails for the contest. I ended up qualifying 13th out of 60 people in the 16 man final. I was happy with my final runs but missed a few tricks and ended up in 11th for the comp.Right after the comp finished I met up with the compression blokes and headed four hours west to Toulouse where we based ourselves for the next week. We rode five different sets of trails that week and ended up at the La Source trail jam on the Saturday. It was awesome to be able to travel around a foreign country to ride and chill with cool people. Hopefully I can make it back again next year!CheersDave
