Big thanks to Ben Piff who posted this on TCU

this dude pretty much summed up our program! Thanks!
"Hard to put my finger on exactly why I'm more psyched on what S-One is doing in BMX than any other helmet company, but I guess I respect every aspect of how they're doing it. Especially the fact that their team is an intersting group of dudes including real helmet wearing street riders, and they're chepaer than the new Bell Certified helmets. You've done it S-One and TCU, I'm gettin in on this." - Ben Piff

Dave Dillewaard | S-One Lifer Helmet

had to repost this quote about the S-One Lifer Helmet from Dave Dillewaard.

"For me the switch from the soft foam helmet to the hard Lifer was an easy one. Some of my friends have had bad crashes lately and have suffered head injuries wearing just the soft foam helmets. Its made me more conscious of wearing the proper gear. Its such an easy switch, especially as the Lifer helmet fits so well and it's light . It gives you so much more protection if something goes wrong. You could say I'm a lifer for the Lifer helmet. I recommend it to everyone."     - Dave Dillewaard

Adam Banton Blog Entry: October 2012

My first summer here in AZ has almost come to an end and I could not be happier about it. Sure, the dust storms are exciting and it did rain more than I thought, but I am ready for what one of the reasons I moved here. An amazing winter. And actually the next 8 months will be rad here, so if your in the area, hit me up on one of the socials, because I’m going to be out riding. It was a pretty hot one this summer. What did I expected moving to the desert right?
So, I just got back from a long run of back-to-back trips, I had the chance to go way over and up to Nova Scotia. I twas a longer flight than expected and the jet lag was actually kicking my butt, all for the grand opening of a pump track in a little town called, Moncton about 2 hrs east of the coast line. Thanks to Jeremy Gallant I spent the week up there hitting skateparks and enjoying scenery. It rained a bit while up there but hey, what can you do? It was a great trip and nice to be home for 3 days before I spent a little time in Cleveland and swung by Chenga, in Ohio to say hi. Even got to ride the pedal bike. And see a pink ramp. After that I fly down to Virginia to see my family for a few days. It was good to be home.
I was back in Scottsdale for one day then off to Interbike. I hung out at the EB booth a lot and there was always something going on in it. Bob Meade from Ohio was my side kick for most of the show, it was his first time so I had fun showing him around. I always love going to the show and seeing everyone, hanging with Jon and Mike the owners of Eastern is always a highlight as well. Even Got to see Duncan Gore! So good to run into him for a second. It was nice to hang out at the S-One booth and kick it there talking with random people. I was stoked S-one had a booth there this year. BMX is fun.  Eastern’s very own Leigh Ramsdell was the host of NORA Cup in case you live under a rock and haven’t seen anything from it. Seeing Leigh up there made me proud to have known him for so long and to call a good friend, and he truly lives BMX and always has. He did an amazing job and made NORA Cup so much better. He had everyone laughing the entire night. What else? Umm, oh yeah! Woodward was awesome enough to put me and some campers hanging by the grill on the cover of their new catalog. Pretty stoked. Look for them to be mailing out to everyone in the world sometime this fall/winter. They rule and I hope to see all of you at camp next year! - Adam Banton

S-One Premium Helmet gets to meet Anna Ferris

The S-One Hammers get their 15 seconds of fame!

Actor Zachary Quinto is wearing an S-One Helmet in the new romantic comedy What's Your Number starring Anna Ferris and Chris Evans.

I always though that if I met Charlize Theron, Heidi Klum, Natalie Portman or Anna Ferris
there would have been an instant mutual attraction. At least this S-One Premium Helmet got a chance to go eye to eye with Anna Ferris. :)

Do you remember that movie 8mm (1999) with Nicholas Cage and there were Obey Giant posters in a few scenes... that was cool.

And 10 years later Shepard Fairey (Obey / Giant) is  the most iconic pop artist of the new millenium. So does that mean perhaps S-One Helmets will be most iconic helmet company by 2022? One can only hope. Big dreams!

When you gather courage to talk to the hotty next door.. always wear
an S-One Helmet for the extra cool factor.
Dude this helmet is sooo comfortable. Does it have the terry sweat liner?

Yup. She likes me. Thanks S-One!

Dave Dillewaard Interview

DAVE DILLEWAARD
Hometown: Redcliffe, Queensland, Australia.
Age: 28
So what have you been up to? Right now I am sitting on the beach in noosa Australia. Getting ready to head back to the USA this weekend to stay for the year. No better way to end my trip home than at the beach!
Who do you ride with? When I'm in oz usually ride with Yonny Wakefield and Troy big salad charlesworth. And in the USA it's usually Ryan biz Jordan, Jason enns, Heath Pinter, Corey bohan, and Brett walker.
What do you like to do when you're not riding? Irony mind a round of golf here and there, ping pong, poker, beer, and chillin.
Any trips planned ? I'm going to Estonia at the end of the month for the simple session contest. I have never been to that one and always looks amazing when I see anything from there. Then have a few gt bikes trips planned with the team then there's always hints popping up too
Sponsors? GT bikes, Famous Stars and Straps, Demolition parts, S-One Helmets

Adam Banton Interview

ADAM BANTON
Hometown: Originally Nokesville, VA. now, Scottsdale, AZ.
Age: Just turned 37.
So what have you been up to?
Loving this winter in Scottsdale. Enjoy riding in a t-shirt, exploring all the new spots around PHX, and trying to strum some new songs on my guitar and record.
You came to CA recently. How was that ?
It was a great trip, started off with a Odyssey Team trip in Palm Springs, then I added a a SoCal part of it to visit S-one, shoot photos, and film in S.D with Kosman.
Who do you ride with?
I always have a hard time answering this one, it really depends, if I'm at home, it's with what ever locals are down to ride during the day, on trips it's a big group with the Odyssey team or a smaller crew with Eastern. Good times either way, and shredding happens on any obstacle at any spot with those dudes.
What do you like to do when you're not riding?
Hmm, it used to be Snowboarding and working on music. Now, having moved to Scottsdale, it's just more of trying to play more and get closer to recording for my 3rd album, writers block seems to happen even when you play instrumentals (hahah)
Any trips planned?
Yep, Visiting Pro at Woodward West in a week for Spring Camp.  Looking forward to playing music there, the salad bar, hanging with campers, and riding the new hanger.
Sponsors:
S-One, Eastern Bikes, Odyssey, C.T.i, Armourdillo, Osiris
Anything else you want to add?
Lets do a road trip!
